In memory of Tom Drake who was my mentor for 10 years and we created these together. He is now with the Lord.
- Be the kind of man I want my sons to be.

- Prioritization: focus on the things that matter most
- Work only on things that make a great deal of difference if you succeed.
- The best way to predict the future is to create it.
- Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.
- You are the same today as you will be in 5 years except for the people you meet and the books you read.
- Take advantage of every speaking opportunity & over-prepare for it.

- Courage: resolve to do 1 thing every day that you fear, bust out of your comfort zones.
